Har cheong gai, curry veg, tomato egg. Simple but shiok. I tried the fried rice and it's surprisingly fragrant. Chicken was better than most caifan stalls.

First time here and ordered a starter, pizza, pasta and dessert for 2 pax. Decided to get something unique and ordered the Hot Assam pizza. We were pleasantly surprised. Pizza had a subtle tanginess from the Assam sauce and smoky aroma from the crust. Definitely worth a try. Bolognese pasta was well executed. Pasta al dente but flavour wise nothing too special. As for dessert, the Tiramisu was a standout. Soft, rich, creamy and indeed β€œdarn good”.

Service was very friendly and place was chill. Will definitely be back with more friends to try out the other pizzas and pasta!

Fried Calamari:
Crispy and tender, with a light batter and a zesty dipping sauce that added a nice kick.

Duck Confit with Gnocchi:
Tender duck with crispy skin, paired with soft gnocchi for a rich, comforting dish full of flavor.

Steak with Portobello Mushrooms and Cheese:
Perfectly cooked steak, juicy and tender, topped with earthy portobello mushrooms and melted cheese for a decadent finish.

WAH idk why i need to experience things for myself to believe but fr as all posts on lemon8 said, the scallop rose pasta rly abit overhyped.... 🫣 it's legit what u see is what u get. also the scallop abit fishy imo but i'm also not a seafood fan so maybe less reliable LOL. but it looks pretty la & it's not say not nice, the pasta wasn't soggy & the sauce was creamy & sour (tomatoey) enough. it's just like that lor, unimpressionable.

the beef don q yummy! i think abit stupid that they served the beef don v early then the pasta like a good 25 mins later only, like abit poor kitchen planning & the restaurant wasn't v crowded also

but anws service was rlyyy good! think people recco-ed the stock chicken pot & scallion oil pork dandan noodles. might be back to try that!

otherwise i think this wouldn't rly be somewhere i'd revisit 🀍

Dropped by the favourite coffee spot and it is always exciting to see how they have been offering some bakes that are not part of its usual line-up of the late. Skimmed through the menu and managed to find the Scallion & Cream Cheese Filled Donut during our more recent trips there β€” whilst Brawn & Brains Coffee had been serving up different variations of their donuts featuring quite a good selection of flavours, most of the flavours do seem to surround around more sweet and dessert-y flavour profiles. The offering of the Scallion & Cream Cheese Filled Donut pretty much stood out to us quite a fair bit as such; this being a savoury donut that is unlike the other flavours that they have been offering thus far.

The Scallion & Cream Cheese Filled Donut takes the form of a Bomboloni which is the Italian-style filled donut β€” very much the same as what one would expect out of their other variations of donuts here. With that being said, considering how the Scallion & Cream Cheese Filled Donut is a savoury item, the donut itself does come rolled in less sugar crystals and only on the underside. Digging into the donut, the donut comes well filled with cream cheese β€” the cream cheese carrying a smooth, luscious and creamy texture while not being too heavy with the slight tang and the hints of dairy. The addition of scallions provided an extra note of flavours β€” the fillings of the donut can be described to taste like something pretty similar to sour cream and onions; all that while the donut remains all fluffy and light. Not usually a fan of savoury donuts and we would probably still find ourselves craving for the Kaya-filled donut more the next time we are going for a donut here, though this version of a savoury donut still works out very well for those looking for savoury donuts out there.
