A bold, coffee-infused variation with a deerobust taste. Unlike its Hokkaido milk counterpart, this one can be shared, as the strong coffee flavour gets jelak after a few bites.

A gigantic cream puff that could put friendships at risk if you try to split it. The rich, milky-sweet, creamy filling and delicate, crunchy choux pastry make sharing impossible. We guarded ours fiercely, easily the best cream puff we've ever had.
