Thai Mango Sticky Rice with a twist
.
Showcases layers of coconut rice pudding, mango mint compote, and coconut toasted crumbles, then pipped with freshly churned coconut ice-cream. Atop this creation sits a crispy bowl filled with housemade mango sorbet and garnished with crunchy sesame almond thin.

Overall, an incredibly delicious and intricate dessert! The combination of flavours and textures, from the coconut rice pudding to the mango mint compote and crunchy sesame almond thin create an amazing culinary experience for me. It's like a tropical paradise in a bowl.
This isn't rlly basque burnt. Nothing is liquidy, except maybe the ganache.
If you must have sth, the Milo one is interesting because the Milo ganache is quite unique. Theres a little bit of milk caramelised as well and that's delicious
Cake was soft n fluffy. But flavour doesnt comes off strong.
Whoever baked this sure wasn't light handed with their dose of rum. Think this one of their strongest flavoured bakes. As usual good fluffy chiffon, not as sweet ganache. My go-to bakery for all birthday.
Had their limited time hojicha yuzu cake. Was glad that I ordered this. Cake overall wasn't that sweet (as per their usual less sweet), hojicha was very gao, rich and earthy but together with their slightly sweet n tangy yuzu everything came off perfectly amicable.
Ordered their seasalt caramel chocolate cake. Was nice, very nice in fact. Cake was super fudgy and who don't like a sweet and savoury concoction...
Interesting use of mushroom sauce. The egg also elevated the burger. Overall enjoyable!
Very shiok. No complaints.
got this during their 1 for 1 promo. it was vvv thick and rich! however we got this as takeaway and weren’t able to get cup sleeves or carriers so the cups were v hot
($2.50) This round of time took me a while to wait for waffles. As previously, she reheat the waffles on machine lol before serving to me. Chocolate filling taste quite thick but filled with traces of hazelnut. The waffles texture was not the crispy or crunchy type and more than like "kuek" type but a bit overcooked and "char" colour on the waffles itself for this round of time.
so good and worth the price !! the scoops were hugeeeee .. black sesame x pistachio was the perfect match which pistachio being slightly more sweet to balance out the Black sesame …
Normally not open, don't try to walk in
