Very Ang Mo cake texture which is more dense. Still good and a nice change from the usual light fluffy cake which we always had. Very Varlhona white chocolate and Macademia and can get abit jelat overtime. Buttttt, the refreshing sourish sweet raspberry compote makes everything a good balance. $124.80 for an 8inch cake with free delivery.

The pandan crepe layers was great... Better than lotsa specialised crepe cakes out in the market. The grated coconut mixed with Gula Melaka in gula melaka cream can be a tad sweet for some but taste just nice for me.

This is the one for those who loves Gula Melaka. Soft layer of Gula melaka infused cake with Gula Melaka fudge.

This cake so wholesome. The grated coconut taste fresh and not overly sweet or synthetic. The gula melaka pairs very well with this soft cake.

I was nvr a fan of tiramisu but there's was awesome especially the Earl Grey. Pleasantly surprised indeed thou the price doesn't comes cheap.

Eyes sparkle sparkle when I learnt that Orh Nee was flavour of the month. Hmmm, but things turn sour. Perhaps the coconut in the orh nee??? Anyway told the guys at brother Bird and they told me to put the crossiant right into the fridge if I'm not eating them right away. Anyway looking forward to their next month flavour. Mango Sticky Rice was flavour of the month. It was good. I went back for a third time for it. But sugar glazed and sea salt was my ultimate Fav.
