Have been noticing this place has never ending queue and finally decided to give it a try.
I had the Funghi Mafaldine ($18++) which has balance amount of cream & truffle which is quite good.
My friend had the Pesto, Trofie ($17++) and the pasta is like the shape of green bean snacks.
Another friend had the Tartufo e Funghi ($28++) which the truffle display in a while not appetising and kind of salty.
Lastly, another friend got the Ravioli Ricotta e Spinaci ($22++) which the Ravioli is handmade and I like it as usually others is frozen.
Overall, is not bad but wouldn't queue almost an hr for it
Restaurant is no longer around
Delicious! Portions were good (not too large). I really appreciate their service staff. For this pasta 1-1, we also tried Carbona - it was very creamy and delicious, nice bacon. Easy to make reservations through Burrple/Chope.
They were good. But are they rlly deserving of this price? It really tastes more like ice cream than gelato
Very mild cheese, toast was super crunchy and thin. The amount of fruits were overkill for something so mild, there's no funk at all
If you're adventurous, I highly recommend picking something else. The food here is quite safe
Blue cod. The garlic butter lemon sauce was somewhat mild although still velvety. Boston mussels were tiny but toothsome.
The blue cod itself had a nice crust, the meat was cottony and slightly stringy. Maybe it could be cooked slightly less or maybe it's just the type of fish
Overall pretty good
Super tender. Bone marrow was amazing. But the sauce had a touch of sourness which I didn't like. It needs abit more umami too, even tho it's alr thick enough. Cheese risotto was pleasant
Good but it's really not worth double the price of good versions at normal restaurants
One of their signatures. Pictured is half portion cos they portioned out for sharing.
Tender veal filling, creamy sauce. A good ravioli
Generous portion for a starter, a lot of meat
Pretty decent, thick and creamy and pasta was good as well
Very airy and the top was crispy. Has a slight chew
Both were good, breadsticks were biscuity and had some flavour surprisingly
It’s a delightful dining experience. Beautiful setting, gorgeous views, food that looks like art and tastes anywhere between good and scrumptious. Service is charming and generally pro-active - not surprising given the high staff-to-guest ratio, although at times it might be hard to get their attention because they’re absorbed in lively debates! I am old-fashioned, so although it’s a fantastic experience, I still find easier to go back to a yummy pasta or Cottoletta alla Milanesa!
