- Melty goodness with a perfectly crunchy crust of rye sourdough!!
- Mix of spiced cheeses, think mozzarella and cheddar together with creamy spinach, reminding me of Indian palak paneer 🧀
- Very decadent, would recommend to share.

- Generous serving of kimchi and soft steam pork belly glazed with espresso miso, akin to teriyaki sauce but could be a bit sweet.
- Buns were quite fluffy squishy 🍞

- I usually prefer thin-cut fries but these thick-cut ones were super potatoey and crunchy crisp with the potato skins on!
- Doused in truffle sauce, parmesan and truffle oil, every strand was flavourful, definitely our favourite 😋

- Homemade prawn patty was thick, filled with succulent juicy prawns which gave a satisfying bite, together with thinly-sliced crunchy cucumber 🦐
- Black tartar sauce provided a smooth creaminess which cut the greasiness of the dish.
- Brioche buns were soft with hints of sweetness albeit a little oily.

- Black sesame had a mellow sweetness, combining well with creamy mozzarella with blue cheese and jelly-like chewy century egg bits which I appreciated didn’t have a pungent taste.
- Sourdough had a crispy exterior which I enjoyed!
- Very creative pairing although I would’ve preferred a sharper cheesy flavour as a cheese lover.

- Prominent truffle fragrance balanced well with the sweetness of the red wine gravy resembling Worcestershire sauce.
- Topped with laughing cow cheese cubes for a lighter creaminess 🧀
- Fries were rather soggy and starchy though, while the parts not covered in gravy retained a slight crisp.

The smoked angus short rib was incredibly delicious. The meat effortless tore off from the bone and it was tender with a nice smokiness to it. Absolutely flavourful.

can always count on lil’s taproom to add innovative twists to cheese toasts. previously loved their spinach grilled cheese, so i was very excited for this. it encompassed black ssm century egg cream, blue cheese and mozzarella. now BEFORE you completely reject this combi, it’s actually not that pungent!! in fact, it’s one of my fav cheese toasts to date🧀🥪

I’ve always been a fan of their thick cut fries🍟 so this impressed me too! You can taste the sweetness of red wine🍷 in the truffle gravy. Loved that the usual parmesan is replaced with childhood fav Laughing Cow☺️👧🏻
