Had a great dinner at Bebek Goreng Pak Ndut! We went for the Signature Fried Duck and Signature Chicken, and both were crispy and juicy—definitely hits. The Oxtail Stew was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. We also tried the Tahu Goreng, which was crispy on the outside and soft inside, a perfect side dish.
The food was comforting and satisfying, and the service was great. If you're in the mood for some really good Indonesian food, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back for sure!
FW:Finally had the opportunity to eat at this place after watching it on Ghib Ojisan's channel!!! The taste was as surprising as expected with a very nice sweet-salty miso blend into a frangrant classic meepok taste. A true blend of both japanese and singaporean cultures. The meat was also juicy and flavourful, the noodles spongy and springy,not to mention the price is worth!! 9.78/10

Fame Oyster Broth Ramen from Osaka, Japan Now in Singapore!?
I had to check it out! I tried the Slow-Cooked Oyster Broth (Koeru) + Beef Sushi Set (Special) ($24.50+), which included a bowl of ramen and two pieces of beef sushi.
The hand-kneaded, slurpy, chewy, thick, and flat noodles were served in a rich, umami-packed oyster broth. This oyster broth was a creamy blend of oyster sauce, pork, and chicken, delivering a distinct brininess and sweetness unique to oysters. The special set came with three pieces of thick-cut, fatty, melt-in-your-mouth yet meaty cha siu, reportedly made using a French meat-curing technique to achieve its delicate taste and texture. The set also included a whole jammy marinated egg, said to be smoked with white oak for a slightly sweet and smoky flavour. Alongside, there were two pieces of seaweed, bamboo shoots, a slice of sudachi, diced onions, and one oyster.
The beef sushi was silky, smooth, and flavorful. Using simple seasoning like salt and pepper combined with broiling techniques, they achieved an exceptional taste and texture. Oishii!

Love it! It's surprisingly hard to find taro milk tea these days and we succumbed to Chicha's version. There are bits of yam in the pearls and there is also some yam paste in the drink. Mix well to incorporate it or scoop it up to eat after the drink.
