Pork chop with doneness? Yes, please!

I had never tried pork chop with doneness until I tasted Spago's grilled Iberico pork chop, and it was amazing! The recommended doneness was medium, resulting in a tender inside that absorbed all the flavors of the sauce. It's really similar to beef but slightly softer.

Spago offers a 3-course lunch meal with the grilled Iberico pork chop as the main course, and it's definitely worth it. With the rooftop view of Marina Bay Sands, I highly recommend a visit!

this was good! the cone was rly crispy and there were tuna sashimi cubes inside with a spicy sauce which i liked

this was damn good omg the beef was sooooo tender it rly melted in my mouth 🀀🀀🀀 they were generous with the amount of beef too! the sauce was so flavourful as well it was like spicy and had a rly rly nice kick. this went sooo well w the grilled baguettes they gave on the side. my only gripe was there was lots of coriander which i despise but ok cannot taste it that much and this is a me problem. was still a damn good dish and was actl the best out of everything lol

Amazing & great food!

By far my favourite cocktail at Spago! It’s absolutely amazing (called Rough Love)

Dessert
We topped up $20 for their Traditional Kaiserschmarn, which is apparently an Austrian dessert - a sweet fluffy "souffle-like" pancake with rum-soaked raisins, and served sprinkled with powdered sugar. The pancake was soft and fluffy indeed, but I'm not that big a fan of rum so this was just alright for me. Strawberries were pretty sour too.

Definitely a great place for occasions, and I totally wouldn't mind coming back for their other dishes 🀀.
