Waffles🧇 & Pancakes🥞

as usual, the soft serve was rich in sightly salty cheese flavour!! the little cubes of red velvet cake topped w lemon custard were also a nice topping. would always recommend sunday folks for ice cream, but a little stingy with their waffles, can skip and get cones/cups instead

i don’t like waffles that have a kueh-like texture. this has BUT the aunty left it in longer so there was a perfect balance of crisp and chewiness which i really enjoyed!! also CDC vouchers can be used so i only spent $0.10 for this🤩

i loveeee the waffle texture. chewy, sweet & fragrant on it’s own. oatmilk gelato was v mild in flavour so it let the waffles shine!

wld prefer if they prepare the waffles on the spot tho…sometimes they pre make it and it’s cold and soft :(

i liked this a lot!! the filling was thick & creamy, with strawberry pieces inside🍓🍓 my fav ice cream flavour is strawberry cheesecake so naturally i liked this too🧀

Have been wanting to try the NIAN GAO WAFFLES ($6.80) and it didn’t disappoint! Crispy on the outside with the right amount of sweetness and chewiness inside. Also tried the TIE GUAN YIN ($3.80) ice cream which complemented the waffles and allowed it to shine with its lighter profile, though I’d recommend picking another flavour as it’s nothing too special

the buttetscotch banana pancake ($19.80) was vvv sweet and the ice cream had a weird aftertaste to me
