Beach day at Sentosa beaches can be extreme hot during the daytime, thankfully you can find an air-conditioned restaurant to cool down and enjoy your lunch.

Good Old Days is just located beside Beach Station. Offering local delights and other cuisine as well.

Although the price is considering higher, but I actually enjoy much for their Hainanese Chicken Rice here. The chicken is so soft and delicious.

Comes with a bowl of soup and side of veggies.

These are (clockwise) nasi lemak, satay, butter chicken, assam stingray, braised beef cheek and fish. I wish I ate more nasi lemak. Although the satay were all tiny, they're good for buffet standards. I love the fish and beef.

These are (clockwise) rojak, shellfish salad, gong gong, la la, prawn, cucumber salad and duck salad. All quite normal. Gong gong tastes weird.

These are (clockwise) braised beef cheek, ayam penyet, karaage, braised pig trotter and fish. The fish was the size of those at weddings but boneless and I couldn't stop. The beef was excellent too - beefy and tender.
