3.75⭐ Purchased the 1 for 1 Mains during Chope Cafe Day. The cafe is situated in Selatar Aerospace park which is a bit out of the way but it's almost full house when we had lunch on a Saturday. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 mains for sharing. The sea bass fillet is grilled perfectly with the skin super crispy. The pizzas are large and can feed 4 person. However the crust is those Neapolitan crust type, we prefer those thin crust type as it's get soft when it's cold.

It tasted like regular pesto pasta, and didn’t astound me much. I liked the pairing of cheese and pesto though, and the portion was pretty generous!

The ambience was lovely - the outdoor dining area was surrounded by lush greenery and patrons ate under a canopy of leaves. It was also breezy despite the humid weather, and we certainly didn’t feel that we were in Singapore. However, the food fell a little lower than our expectations, given the environment we were in. The beef was overdone and was somewhat tough, and the honey oat burger buns were quite soggy. Maybe we took too long to dig in. The curly fries had a strong resemblance to McDonald’s twisty fries and didn’t exactly amaze us.

The grilled octopus was quite well done, tender yet smoky and flavorful. Good!!

The avocado toast was glazed with balsamic, dehydrated tomato and topped with parched egg, a lot healthier choice as compared to the rest of the meal.
