Low expectations and this surpassed them, starting with appearance. In there are pumpkin bun, poached egg, sauerkraut cranberry, caramelised onion, avocado, tomato, cheddar cheese, pommery mustard. Such variety. Although the patty was obviously mock, the rest made up for it. Fries had minimal truffle but were crispy.
Set Lunch comes with a salad, main (pasta/roast chicken/pan-seared barramundi), and dessert. While this was tasty and flavourful (fries had a nice crispy texture as well) I felt that the portion was a little too small, maybe in future I'll order the ala-carte dishes which seem to be more substantial and more special.
Decent pizza with a flat crispy crust. You’ve got black olive, onion, roasted bell pepper & roasted pineapple, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce on the really thin baked dough!
I normally like sweet potato fries a lot! Wished they didn’t coat the sweet potato strips in flour before deep frying!
Hidden at the top floor of Kitchener Complex, Mahota Pantry offers affordable Chinese cuisine such as double boiled soup, steamed rice set, rice, noodles and even organic hot pot! With the comfort of air-con, this eatery can be a decent lunch option for office workers nearby.

I wished it had the wok hey flavour from frying the vermicelli first though 😄. Not the best around but I think it can still satisfy your lala baimifen craving.
At Mahota Commune, there are 2 eateries - a farm to table restaurant that's sells food at a premium pricing because its supposedly healthy food, and a cafe that can't decide what it wants to be. Mahota Commune is a dead town in itself, and with poor service and management, its easy to see why.
BUT there is 1 hidden gem, a newly popped up steamed dishes kitchen carved out in the cafe. Steamed rice sets are around $6+, which is ok since the portion and taste is great!
