Overall, the ingredients used were all very fresh and each course did not disappoint our palates.😛

If I had to pick my top 3 favourites, it would be 1️⃣, 4️⃣ & 5️⃣.

1️⃣ boasts a flavourful mix of prawn broth, crab roe miso and shallot oil. It was refreshing and definitely got me craving for more deliciousness next.

4️⃣ reminded me of Leng Saap (Spicy Pork Spine Soup). The exotic crocodile ribs were surprisingly succulent and the aromatic tom yum soup was too SHIOK to stop slurping.

5️⃣ features the lean and tender red meat with a crisp skin, simmered in tasty coconut-rich curry. The fried crunchy rice cake elevated the overall texture of this dish.

I’m usually not fond of red ruby desserts but their Caramel Coconut Red Ruby did manage to impress me.😌

Each bowl comes with your choice of noodles, topped with a generous portion of fish, pork, eggs and bean sprouts, and served with a touch of garlic, chilli, vinegar and coriander. SHIOK LAH!😋

The sides we ordered were surprisingly delicious too, especially their fried cod fish and five-spice prawn roll.😊

Here at @publico_sg, the dough is made fresh everyday and each pizza is built-to-order from scratch before cooking in a traditional wood-fired oven. The Tartufata pizza we had was to die for and ready to impress your date!😍

Came in pretty generous portions, their pastas were well-executed. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be their Truffle Cacio e Pepe, which was perfectly al dente and flavourful.😋

Finally for their signature tiramisu, thumbs up man!👍

Probably 1 of the more affordable beer Battered fish & chips you can find in 🇸🇬.

First time trying this, surprisingly it was better than expected and did not disappoint. The 2 dory fish fillet were pretty big, crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside. You can choose to add truffle/cheese/garlic sauce for extra SGD1.

Without a doubt, my family and I enjoyed the whole Chaoshan way of indulging in this beefy hotpot, from start to end. You don’t have to worry about overcooking your meats as each plate of beef cuts had a recommended cooking time, as well as the name and recommended eating order. If you’re lazy like me, the friendly service staffs will be more than willing to do all the cooking for you perfectly!👍

I’d highly recommend ordering at least their Shacha sauce to pair with the delicious beef. Their handmade chewy meatballs and pan-fried dumplings were great too! Special mention goes out to their Chaozhou vermicelli, which had an amazing texture and really shiok when tossed in their special blend/sauce.😋

Ordered their Prata Combo Set 2 that consist of cheese prata, garlic prata, fries and mutton curry.

Their garlic prata stood out the most for me while their fries was really disappointing. Don’t bother ordering their fries😂

Can I just say how impressed we were at the lively atmosphere at @platypuscantinasg? From the get-go we were warmly ushered to our seats by their friendly servers donning the iconic sombrero hats. The colourful interior and spectrum of delicious-looking drinks and food menu wow-ed us even more.😍

All-in-all, @platypuscantinasg is a spot I'd recommend for groups looking for a chill night out. Do try and reserve your seats though, it was a full-house when we visited on a Saturday night!😉

Ordered their Pistachio Almond & Putu Piring and both were surprisingly good!

The flavour was quite robust and not too sweet at all. There’s a good amount of crushed almonds for the Pistachio Almond Icecream.
