All in all, we were most impressed with the quality of food we savoured, as well as the attentive + friendly service. I must say Chef Taiga’s nigiri sushi were a notch above the rest in the list of omakase restaurants I tried so far.

In Chef Taiga’s signature auction-grade Uni Handroll, two types of premium seasonal sea urchin are generously topped on rice and cradled by A-grade jet black nori sheets. Seriously, DA BEST I ever had! Your date💕 will definitely be so impressed…

Both types of ramen were great and tasty! IMO, I feel their Chicken Collagen Ramen had a more prominent wok hei aroma compared to the Prawn Ramen. The juicy grilled chicken chashu topping was surprisingly impressive too! Having tried all their side dishes, I’d recommend getting their WOKE Gyoza & Golden Beancurd Skin.

Established since 2003, @littlelazylizardsg is a quaint bistro bar that dishes out Western cuisine at relatively pocket-friendly prices! Their award-winning signature dishes include Rack of Pork, St. Louis BBQ Pork Ribs & Crabby Pesto Pasta!

Highly recommend getting their Salmon Mentai Don if it’s your first time visiting. Pretty sure this won’t be the last time here…

For the complete experience with desserts, go for their SaSa Noha which was surprisingly impressive, though I’ve to admit it was quite pricey.
