Hands down, the best Rack of Pork I’ve ever had, so tender and juicy! You must try it for yourself… As for the 2nd main course, the Classic Ribeye was done medium-rare and boasted a nice pink centre.

Their fresh & creamy burrata paired really well with the crispy butter toast and poached apple cubes. A great appetiser for sharing!
