All in all, we were most impressed with the quality of food we savoured, as well as the attentive + friendly service. I must say Chef Taiga’s nigiri sushi were a notch above the rest in the list of omakase restaurants I tried so far.

In Chef Taiga’s signature auction-grade Uni Handroll, two types of premium seasonal sea urchin are generously topped on rice and cradled by A-grade jet black nori sheets. Seriously, DA BEST I ever had! Your date💕 will definitely be so impressed…
