The sweet potato sticky toffee pudding is moist and have right amount of sweetness from the dates, paired nicely with orange and ice cream.

This sticky toffee pudding based on its fav food (orange, sweet potato and dates) along with sourdough ice-cream

10% of proceeds from the sale of this dessert will go towards supporting Mandai Wildlife Group’s conservation efforts in Singapore and Southeast Asia to support the endangered Rothschild Giraffe 🦒 as they help to promote the canopy’s foliage growth by reaching for leaves high above the ground

With a slimmer menu for weekend brunch, Open Farm Community’s Red Dot Baked Eggs ($28) was a safe and decent choice. A little different from the all-familiar Shakshuka, the one-pan poached eggs dish was served with a tangy beef bolognese, cheese, and pesto. The cheese and beefy sauce made it pretty substantial and hearty while the pesto added some herbaceous flavour that help counter the richness. The charcoal you tiao, on the side, was not greasy, crispy, and great for mopping up the eggy goodness.
