Hopscotch (Capitol Singapore)

I had a fantastic night out! The 'Curtain Call' cocktail was a showstopper - expertly mixed with a perfect balance of flavors and a touch of drama (no wonder it’s an award winning cocktail bar!). I also had the Fish and Chips, the barramundi fish was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served with golden, crunchy chips (fries). A delightful dining experience!

Went for dinner at Hopscotch (Capitol) for dinner on a weekday evening. I have heard about their special cocktails prior to this and having ordered the King of Pop which is one of their dessert cocktail, I was very impressed. It had the right amount of sweetness and the taste of alcohol doesn't overwhelm the dessert. Also ordered their Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms and Pangium Beef Bourguignon and it was really good. The beef was tender and the mash potatoes compliments it well. Overall the dinner was amazing and the staffs are very friendly as well!

I had the wagyu burger for mains, a hearty and indulgent option. The wagyu patty was cooked to perfection, incredibly juicy, and packed with rich, savory flavor.

To round off the meal, I tried the "KungFu Hustle" cocktail, a bold and creative drink served in a traditional Chinese wine vat. The presentation was both fun and unexpected, adding a unique, interactive element to the experience.

Visited Hopscotch (Capitol) for dinner on a weekday. Ordered the Barramundi Fish and Chips, Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, and The Homecoming (cocktail). The fish and chips was really good, the white fish fillet was covered in a light and crispy batter! I highly recommend to order this! I enjoyed the cocktail as well! Overall, I had a great dining experience and I love the ambience of the restaurant. The service was great as well!

This restaurant is an exciting and unique spot - perfect for a fun night out. The cocktails here are crafted with a 'wow' factor and an unexpected creative twist, which makes the experience both entertaining and memorable.

I tried the Lucky Charm cocktail. The waiter, Thomas, shared the fascinating inspiration behind the drink. Apparently, the drink symbolises good luck! The drink was refreshing and strong, and I appreciated the overall theme of the drink.

For the main course, I had the Barramundi Fish and Chips. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the sambal tartar sauce added a tangy and delightful kick. The fries were perfectly crispy, which complemented the dish wonderfully.

What made the evening more enjoyable was watching Thomas present the cocktails that other diners ordered. The creativity of the cocktails added a lively and unforgettable touch. I could see that other diners were enjoying the show when I got my cocktail as well. I am already looking forward to coming back to explore more of their innovative drinks and see just how far they can push their creativity!

Truly unique experience! I like hopscotch for the delightful experience behind every cocktail. I ordered the Cinematic and it comes in a glass dome with a theatrical reveal. I greatly appreciate the server for explaining the story behind the history and connection to the Capitol.

I also got the beef, which was tender and juicy. The potato mix was something else-it complemented the dish very well. Overall, definitely coming back with friends, especially to enjoy the cocktails.
