I had an unforgettable Omakase lunch at Sushi Muni! The chef's expertly curated selection of dishes was a masterclass in flavors, textures, and presentation. Each piece of sushi was a work of art, with incredibly fresh ingredients and precise technique. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, adding to the overall experience. Dining at Shukuu Izakaya brought me back to Japan as I indulged in a fantastic Japanese feast! The Oden was a delightful start, with a savory broth and tender ingredients. The Sashimi was incredibly fresh, while the Garlic Fried Rice was flavorful and addictive. The oysters were done super well too! The Ebi Tempura was crispy perfection, and the Wasabi Octopus added a delightful kick. Will definitely go back for more!

I had a fantastic night out! The 'Curtain Call' cocktail was a showstopper - expertly mixed with a perfect balance of flavors and a touch of drama (no wonder it’s an award winning cocktail bar!). I also had the Fish and Chips, the barramundi fish was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served with golden, crunchy chips (fries). A delightful dining experience!

I had a delightful dining experience at Ingleside - they had different cooking methods and it’s lovely how the server will share about its preparation and ingredients upon serving each dish. The charred asparagus with smoked salmon was a refreshing start, with the smokiness perfectly complementing the tender asparagus. The smoked chicken leg was fall-off-the-bone tender, with a rich, velvety smoke flavor. Ending with the smoked chocolate brownie was pure bliss - the subtle smokiness elevated the deep, dark chocolate to new heights. Each dish showcased expert smoking techniques and bold flavors. It was an incredible dining experience at Paradise Pizza! The Deep Fried Burrata was a game-changer - crispy outside, creamy inside, and utterly addictive. The Jap A Dog sourdough pizza was an absolute delight and the taste of it brought me back to Japan. The Wagyu Bolognese was rich and indulgent, with tender meat and a deep, satisfying flavor. I enjoyed the Wagyu cheeseburger with fries, and coleslaw as sides. The Wagyu patty was cooked just right, with a rich, buttery flavor that melted in my mouth. The melted cheese and toasted bun added creamy and sweet touches. The French fries were crispy and perfectly salted, while the coleslaw was cool and refreshing. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal!

I had a delicious meal at One Prawn and Co! The Jumbo Tiger Prawn Ramen was amazing - big, juicy prawns cooked just right with tasty noodles and savoury broth. The Prawn toast with aioli was also equally impressive, crispy on the outside and generously filled with fresh prawn. The crab croquette is a must order too! Every bite was perfect. Great service and big portions too! A must-try for all! Highly recommended!

I loved the Hong Kong food! The curry fish balls were spicy and delicious. The roasted char siu with scrambled egg was sweet and savory. And the fried squid was crispy and tender. Everything tasted great together and I felt as though I was actually having a meal in Hong Kong with the interior!
