Uniquely delicious communal dining. Amazing fried brussels sprouts, I enjoyed the crunchy texture along with the lightly sweet sauce, very good starter. The tiger prawn pasta was delicious, I'd go back just for this dish. Juicy, creamy and cleaned prawns, plus al dante pasta with an umami sauce, this dish was the highlight. Also, they make one of the better baked Alaskan in SG.
One of the staff was very attentive, he even brought new plates after noticing our old ones stacking with shells and sauce. Love the service here! Overall, 10/10 experience for high quality food and service.
Had dinner at Market Bistro last Wednesday and had a really enjoyable meal. Service was great and the food was good as well. Special mention to the fried baby squid, it was crispy and light and the sauce really elevated the dish. Also ordered their ribeye steak for my main and their brownie for dessert and both were delicious as well. Highly recommended!
Visited Market Bistro for dinner on a weekday. Ordered the fried baby squid, braised beef cheek and the rich fudgy chocolate brownie. The fried baby squid was really good with the special sauce on the side! I enjoyed the dessert as well! Overall, I had a great dining experience and the service was great!
Market Bistro provided a delightful culinary experience. The fried baby squid was a crispy and flavorful appetizer, with a perfect balance of saltiness and spice. The beef ragu bolognese was rich and hearty, the tender meat simmered in a robust tomato sauce that was both comforting and satisfying. The grass-fed striploin, cooked to medium-rare, was juicy and tender, a testament to the quality of the meat. To conclude the meal, the brownie was a decadent dessert, moist and chocolatey.
Market Bistro is a solid choice for a satisfying meal, offering a good balance of quality food and a relaxed dining experience.
Had a lovely catchup with my friend after work and the staff was very attentive and good. Ordered striplion steak with brussel sprouts for sharing and the steak was cooked nicely.
A cosy little restaurant with great food! The mains were delicious and well cooked, but the brussel sprouts were slightly overdone and some parts were quite bitter. I loved the chocolate brownie, it was stunning and the chocolate was very decadent. Overall, a delightful dining experience I’d happily return to.
