Got this twin set of steamed chicken, rice, bok choy and braised egg. Actually a decent choice despite being a very touristy food stop before they head off to Sentosa ๐Ÿ˜… Generous serving of Hainanese chicken and fragrant (sometimes dry tho) rice

Love that they have dark soy sauce + ginger available on the side, unlike the usual chili sauce only

Was a hearty pork noodle on a rainy day, the shop was quite generous with the meat. The broth was flavourful, with no pork smell which can get quite overwhelming in a soup.

The lunch set comes with a milk tea, which wasn't too sweet and aromatic.

I do prefer their pad kra pow than this, but a nice change!

grass jelly milk tea > coffee ($3.10 ea)!!!
trio egg spinach beehoon soup ($6.30) from spinach chef was really good!! tasted v clean and slightly herbal. i also changed my noodles to lamian which i would recommend๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
bak chor mee was nice and came in a huge portion.
orh luak was crispyy with plump oysters! also came in a big portion but there was too much starch

Probably 1 of the more affordable beer Battered fish & chips you can find in ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ.

First time trying this, surprisingly it was better than expected and did not disappoint. The 2 dory fish fillet were pretty big, crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside. You can choose to add truffle/cheese/garlic sauce for extra SGD1.

Hearty bowl of ็Œชๆ‚fried porridge from the herbal bak kut teh stall. Really love porridge with wok hei and this place definitely nail it.

Also tried their herbal bkt soup. It tasted pretty average to me. Will probably try their dry bkt next time and I will be returning for their fried porridge.

Had the privilege to try their Herbal Bak Kut Teh with Rice ($8.50).

One thing I like about this shop is other than just rib, there is also intenstine & tau keh provided in the soup. I would like if they provide you tiao in it too but given the price for its location, it is understandable.

For those who frequent visit Thunder Tree outlets would know that they have relocated their outlet from Raffles Hospital to Food Republic in VivoCity recently. While their outlet at Peopleโ€™s Park Centre remain in operation.

Popular for their lei cha, you can opt for either rice or noodle. The noodle version would be using the kolo mee. Topped with all the ingredients and mix them with the lei cha.

Ordered the small bcm with soup and a side order of prawn fritter from the ngoh hiang selection. Noodles were packed separately from the soup so my noodles were still springy when I got home. Good choice for a meal in the foodcourt

SIGNATURE DOUBLE FISH SOUP ($6)
๐Ÿ“Fish Eden
fried & sliced fish were good! Soup was flavourful but a lil oily. felt that the noodles should have been included instead of an add-on.

FRIED PRAWN NOODLES - SMALL ($5.80)
OYSTER OMELETTE - SMALL ($6)
๐Ÿ“Thye Hong Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles
hokkien noodles was kinda flat & no wokhei. sambal was too oily. lovedd the omelette super crispy, but the oyster wasnt fresh.

Affordable priced, this chendol comes with red bean, pandan jelly and attap seed. Doused in gula melaka syrup, this chendol wouldnโ€™t hurt to have more since some icy parts remained rather tasteless and diluted. Nonetheless, this ensured that the sweetness of this dessert remained optimal. In fact, the ice cream makes up for whatever lack of sweetness the limited gula melaka is unable to provide, elevating it with a creamier kick.
Worth it for the price and setting in an air conditioned food court. Other options of normal chendol and chendol w/ d24 durian purรฉe available too!

From Thye Guan Fried Hokkien Prawn noodles stall.
Loved the wok hei flavour that have a slightly charred taste. For small portion, the portion was relatively huge! Did not have many cockles inside, but more lap cheongs, though I prefer the former. Chilli was pretty solid too. Can request to add more yourself!
Felt that it was pretty delicious for food court standards.

From Fu Xiang Signatures Stall.
Crisp chicken with fragrant curry sauce. Topped with a fried omelette egg. Decently flavourful, but nothing mind blowing. On the pricier end of food available here.

My favourite stall at this food court.

The sauce is damn shiok.

Food Quantity not much though

Mouth-watering hokkien mee by Thye Hong. I like how watery and smooth every strand of the noodle tastes! Prawns were really juicy as well.

Came here for bah Kuh teh, their pork liver soup was really nice and soup is refillable. The pig trotter was pretty tender too!

3 for $2, still warm when passed over to me. Looks like the warmer did did itโ€™s job for this. Substantial purple sweet potato filling and the sweetness of the sweet potato was great! Same miss point as their sesame ball, the skin is a tad too hard to bite through.
