Went to BITP last week and ordered an array of dishes from Wagyu Beef, Vegetables, Meatballs, Dumpling and more. Soup base ordered was Collagen, Drunken Chicken, Tomato and Spicy Pork Bone!šŸ˜‡ Spent about $330/5 pax after gst and svc charge (but had dabao-ed some back as we had quite a lot of food leftover)šŸ˜…

Overall ratings 9/10!! Huge BITP fan as I love all 4 soups and high quality foodšŸ˜ Service was good and I love Jewel vibes. Price is definitely a little steep but splurging for a good family occasion is worth it in my opinionšŸ¤£ Would definitely visit again!

Wanted to have a bite before boarding my flight at 10pm as other food places were closed or closing soon.

Was placed on wait list for a table of 6 pax. Explained to staff Teck Wai (I think he is the manager there) about my situation in hope to have a quick meal to fill my stomach before boarding. He explained as there werenā€™t limit on seating timing and that the bigger tables which could accommodate 6 pax were still occupied as the guests were still chatting after their meal. A small table of 4 pax left and I requested if possible to seat us at that table, that weā€™re okay to squeeze and will not take too long to dine. He was empathic and helpful, even though the section was closed, he sat us down.

Food wise, standards as good as usual. Love their coconut both, refreshing and hydrating. Specific dishes which I would usually order at beauty in the pot: beancurd roll (Ling Ling rolls), meatballs with soft bones, the prawn and meat pastes, prawn dumplings. The Celtus and Chinese yam were good too, 2 mins in the boiling broth for the crunchy texture. When cooked too long, the Chinese yam tends to turn powdery and dissolve in the broth. Tried the seaweed which was new on the menu, cooked tad too long and the seaweed dissolved into the broth (oops)! Love the complimentary Yuzu shaved ice served at the end of the meal.

Additionally, 20% off food items after 10pm.

Excellent food and service, will be back for sure. Thanks Teck Wai for the great service!

8.5/10 Highlights of the experience are Fish paste, Fried Beancurd Skin & Free Flow Yuzu.
We had Twin pot of Beauty Collagen(rich) & Tomato Corn Broth(sour & refreshing), US sliced beef, Nagano Belly, Spanish Pork Collar, all the meat are nothing fantastic. The condiments and broth together with the meat is what makes the experience so much better. Assorted Balls Platter had meatballs and fishballs that were meaty. Fish paste is chewy and flavorful despite it being ringarde. Fried Beancurd Skin was so crunchy and crispy, they absorbed the broth very well, definitely cooked to perfection. Kelp was thicc and abit like rubber. Rice was meh. Watermelon could be sweeter and juicier, longan was sweet, honeydew was ok and cherry tomato was meh. Free Flow Yuzu was outstanding, it would be the one dish that I would keep asking for more as it is cold, refreshing yet sour, the ice blend was smooth, it had the ice blend texture was it tasted so seamless. There were some misses, but just whack as much fried Beancurd Skin and free Flow Yuzu, worth it.

I lifted the small bowl of vegetables from the small moving table to find that there was a dead cockroach at the bottom of the bowl. Absolutely disgusting, but the way the management handled it was by asking if we wanted to switch tables, which was not helpful at all. There was no form of compensation whatsoever. I continued the entire meal with a feeling of insecurity that there would be bugs elsewhere. The food was oily and meh.

Decided to spend my birthday at this outlet. Food wise is good. Service wise might be lacking due to the lunch crowd.

The sad part is that it was my birthday but nothing special was provided even though they were informed when my gf made the reservation.

Still a good experience though HDL would have provided a better experience (celebrated at HDL last year).

Iā€™m an absolute fan of BITP. That collagen-rich soup base and the fresh, delicious ingredients. How can one say no to that rich, luscious, savoury broth thatā€™s made from compoy, pig trotters, chicken and pork bones and chicken feet. If you could recall, the collagen broth was previously made with shark collagen. While that was smoother, this is more flavourful.

The Spicy Nourishing Broth is good too. The soup base isnā€™t oily but itā€™s reasonably spicy and flavourful. It uses a pork bone broth and thereā€™s a good amount of Chinese herbs that helps to nourish your body. However, I prefer a true mala soup base over this as the numbing hot feeling is real when you have the latter.

Donā€™t forget to order the beancurd skin and fish tofu. Iā€™m always conscious of how long to dip those beancurd skins to get the right texture. The beancurd skin here is unimaginable.

I like how fresh the meats are here. For me, hotpots are about the meat. So beef, lamb and pork are the things I go for.

A meal at BITP isnā€™t a cheap affair. It can set you aside anywhere between $40 to $60 per head (depending on how much you order). But you get good quality food and awesome company.
