1-for-1 Shoyu Ajitama (S$7.50)
Had quite an issue when trying to redeem the Burpple beyond deal in this outlet. Seen like they never had customers redeeming it before. Plus difficulty in finding this item on the menu.
Donβt forget to help yourself to pickles at the counter.

Help yourself to the various condiments on the table such as pickled garlic, chilli flakes, chilli oil, grounded sesame seeds, vinegar and soyu.
The soup taste abit creamy. Would be better if they can give more soup. The crab was put on a small plate and was very oily. The egg was abit bland. But for the price point, I would say it is a good bowl of ramen.

π Multiple Outlets
Takagi Ramen is a Japanese restaurant with multiple outlets islandwide. I paid a visit to the Chong Pang outlet, which is open 24h, and I got to enjoy some of their dishes. Prices aren't included in this review as the prices vary among different outlets, but I was really surprised at how affordable the dishes were. At the Chong Pang outlet, you can get a donburi for $3.90 and a bowl of ramen from $6.90!
π Butashoga Ramen (8.6/10)
This ramen comes with tonkotsu broth and sweet ginger-braised pulled pork. The broth is really milky, light and quite refreshing. It's not overly salty and is really tasty. The pork is also really tender and flavourful.
πΆ Karaka-men (8.4/10)
This dish does not hold back on the spice. The spicy tonkotsu broth has a noticeable kick to it, and was really enjoyable as a spice lover. I think the chashu pieces were a tad dry but the portions were good.
π₯ Gyoza (8.2/10)
Filled with chicken and vegetables and served with mayo on the side, I really enjoyed these gyozas! They were crispy and not too oily, and were flavourful yet not too salty.
π₯‘ Takoyaki (8/10)
The takoyaki has a soft and moist centre, which is better than most commercial takoyakis that have a less gooey consistency. The octopus pieces are a bit on the small side such that I couldn't taste them at first, but as a whole, these takoyakis are pretty good for the price!
π₯€Taro Kokonattsu Calfizzy & Blue Lychee Calfizzy ($7.90)
Super pretty drinks, we got them in taro and lychee. The taro one tasted more like grape with a very faint hint of actual taro, while the lychee one was stronger in taste. Both were really refreshing and suitable for sweet soda lovers. Plus they come with haw flakes and firm, chewy sakura pearls, which were a delight to suck.
The food is delicious, affordable too!! N the worker is friendly<3 especially peggy, she is friendly and nicee to talk to:) would recommend you all to bring your loves one to here ! Will come back again π
opted for the spicy version but the spice was alot milder than expected. the broth was rich and flavourful, v decent for the price!! the noodles also remained springy despite being soaked in the broth for some time ππ» ajitama was done well while the chashu was on the fattier side which wasnβt to my liking.
amazed by how good this was, especially for the price point!!! noodles were springy and held the savoury umami sauce really well. truffle flavour was also sufficiently distinct ππ» they didnβt skimp on the ingredients either. there was a good portion of tender pork belly cubes though i personally found them too fatty. the black fungus literally had no taste lol but i guess it helped cut through the rich savoury flavours. overall a really decent bowl of ramen that iβd defo be back for!!

Unagi Don ($16.90)
its quite huge slab for unagi but i banned myself not eating for a long time since like last time. good to see my own friend again for one year later. the sauce is not thick but its good enough for me to think about.
Chicken Yuzu Ramen ($10.90): interesting combination, yuzu helped with elevating the heavy broth. But better shared as it can still be quite heavy on palate due to the saltiness and overly rich broth. Ajitsuke egg was a little over cooked and served whole instead of cut.
Full house most of the time with queues, perhaps due to the affordable pricing. Service is ok and efficient, food is served rather quickly.
