Toothfish/snow cod marinated in a white miso glaze and grilled to a rich, buttery finish. The sweet-salty miso enhances the natural succulence of the fish, delivering deep savoury and umami notes. Beneath the crisp skin, the tender flakes simply melt in the mouth, making this dish irresistibly moreish. Each set is thoughtfully served with hot green tea, rice, miso soup, tsukemono, kobachi, and a refreshing salad dressed in roasted sesame 》$24.90 / Set
Salmon quality is not top tier, also the skin is under grilled.
Still ok
Everything else above average except the shredded pickles
Fish was not bad, some parts of the skin were burnt. Saikyomiso had a bit of the funky taste
A pretty decent fish and set that is as good as you're GG to get in Singapore for this particular dish at this price
Ps no mushroom today, but I heard that's good too
When u want more variety of fish other than saba or salmon with that charcoal grilled taste , this place offers affordable & good quality fish .
This Japanese eatery needs no introduction and our go-to spot for an affordable yet satisfying meal in town. 💯 The grilled fish sets are simply unbeatable — served with a bowl of rice, salad, miso soup, pickles, seasoned seaweed, and hot green tea. 🙌
The star of the show? That grilled fish! Each bite is packed with succulent, meaty flakes and that rich, buttery flavour perfectly balanced with a sweet-salty miso glaze. 😋
