It was so frickin tender, fatty and flavourful. Amazing char from the grill, perfect medium rare. It was like the climax of every National day parade when all the fireworks go off and you just squeal with glee. It was my favourite dish of the night and it left me picking at the scraps of meat wishing there was more. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT ORDERING THIS. ITS FREAKIN UNREAL (9.3/10)

Grilled French Lamb Rack with Vegetables and Herbs. $46. Tastes great and tender. Vegs are done simply to complement the meat.

Cocobolo Poolside Bar + Grill at Park Hotel Clarke Quay might just be the best, fuss-free option to satisfy your BBQ cravings.
-
Indulge in a sumptuous BBQ buffet featuring premium meats like Australian Rack of Lamb (pictured above), N.Z. Angus Steak and U.S. Baby Back Ribs, alongside grilled seafood, array of appetizers and sweet treats.

My favourites gotta be the lamb rack, baby back ribs, tiger prawns, squid and grilled pineapple! I like how the meats/seafood are grilled a la minute and that you can actually request your meats to be grilled to your preferred level of doneness. And those sexy grill lines on the meats make them look exceptionally inviting. Haha!

What's more, dining by the pool means there might be bikini babes/hunks with chiseled abs to look at! Feast for the eyes (and tummy)! hahaha. In case you are wondering, nope, we didn't get to see any eye candy that day. Boo. Then again, who knows you might be lucky?

Bone-in grilled lamb chops served with a creamy artichoke & mint sauce, roasted nuts, chilli & fresh mint. If there is one thing that's preventing me from trying other items on the menu, this is it.

A quaint Italian joint located near the intersection between the Marymount Industrial district and Jalan Peminpin, Follia serves up modern, classy Italian food. It has a really homely feel, especially so if you book the private room. Here is the Lamb Rack ($35++) which features 3 thick and succulent pieces of lamb, roasted vegetables and some baked potato gratin. I got the medium rare which was slightly too bloody and the meat came off too chewy, whereas my friends who had the medium said that it was done perfectly. Lesson learnt >< would come back again to try their Vongole, one of their signature dishes. A nice place for a more down-to-earth and rustic environment to dine in.

Situated within the Park West Condominium at Clementi and helmed by Chef Patrick Heuberger (formerly from Le Bistrot Du Sommelier and Au Petit Salut), Casse-Croรปte (pronounced "kras-krut") is a humble kitchen/cafรฉ, which serves a selection of traditional and unique charcuterie as well as other French bistro fare. Go for their Duck Sausage with Foie Gras and Pistachio Nuts ($8.40 for 100g) and their Braised Lamb Meat Balls in Tomato Sauce ($16 for eight). For those who want a sweet finish, go for their Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice Cream ($12).

Sumptuous dining nestled in the greenery of Hortpark, food and ambience is excellent coupled with attentive service

Pan-fried tender cutlets of milk-fed baby lamb comes with greens and perfectly roasted potatoes. Served in olive oil and white wine reduction, it enhances the cutlets natural flavour.

A pricey place but since there 1-for-1 on the #EntertainerApp, we don't mind trying.

Mustering perfection is this slab of lip-smacking delight that simply must not be missedโ€”the level of oneโ€™s satisfaction revolves around this. Beautifully charred (and evident in its smokiness) is the lamb ribs; no gaminess whatsoever, glazed with a sticky sweet confit of honey mustard that bears resemblance to that of barbecued honey short ribs, with more earthiness that complements the smoky, fork-tender chargrilled meat.

We recommend savoring this with the amontillado de prรญncipe ($15 per glass; $70 per bottle) whose sweet caramelized notes of honey and oak blend harmoniously with honey mustard confit to draw out the imbued smokiness of the meat. Absolute perfection, if we do say so ourselves. Read our full review at GourmetAdventures.net!

Here for Senso's Sunday Prosecco Brunch. Zooming in on this lamb rack because it's the best lamb rack I have tasted in my life. As an ala carte order under the 'mains', it is half the size of the usual lamb rack, which makes it easy to eat. The meat was soft, tender, and flavorful. It did not give off a strong 'lamb taste' that usually needs to be drowned in mustard or peppermint jelly; this lamb had the texture of a nicely done ribeye steak - immaculate. My dad, a hardcore lamb lover, ordered 4 portions. Definitely worth a try despite its steep pricing. But if you want the free flow alcohol, this would be a good option.

The bill was made lighter by the Entertainer 1-for-1 Sunday Prosecco Brunch voucher.

I would like to specially commend the service here at Senso - it is simply amazing. My mom is on a diet and did not want to have the full buffet and requested for a single order of side salad. Not only did the chef prepare it, but the bill for that salad (which had leaves and beef slices) came up to 10 dollars. I was floored. The service throughout the meal was also impeccable, as the staff explained to me the difference between Prosecco and Champagne, and placed a stool next to my mom for her bag which was initially resting on the floor. Definitely a great place for date night, business meetings, or an upper class hangout.

Part of their daily set lunches (35++) The stew tastes about as rustic as it looks. Its served to in what I believe is a cast iron pan that isn't just for hipster novelty purposes. It helps the incredibly tender lamb to cook in its own fat and juices mixing with the broth of the stew. The lamb was recommended to as the popular choice and I implore you to choose the lamb as well. The stew isn't very thick at all which is great here because it feels more filling and rewarding as you mop it up with your perfectly toasted crusty baguette (with olive oil drizzled on it ever so slightly obviously). The soft vegetables in the stew are cut finely making it easier to distribute all the flavours in each greedy spoonful.
