With baby beet, pistachio puree, parsnip and coffee glaze
While the initial vertical fork dive delivered a seemingly singular blood orange message, samplings of the various individual components revealed their respective charms – the honey taste was distinct and left a glossy layer of plump and protection on my lower lips that amateur tongue-mopping cannot remove, and the icy, pulpy blood orange insert in the middle was a satisfying shot of citric that added a zing of acid danger to the moussey proceedings. 4/5

Bone-in grilled lamb chops served with a creamy artichoke & mint sauce, roasted nuts, chilli & fresh mint. If there is one thing that's preventing me from trying other items on the menu, this is it.
This is huge!
The buffalo wings here has that Korean sweet spicy sauce that is unique and finger-smacking good. For those who do not like the tabesco sauce in buffalo wings, this would be just right. P.S. I still couldn't figure out on the sauce.
Haven't had a pork chop god knows for how long (oops actually just had a few in Macau recently), but this one at Spathe is a real gem. The kurobuta has the right amount of fats which keeps it juicy. The dauphinois potato (stack of thinly sliced potato) was so well executed, it reminded me of the one I had in Paris! Magnifique!
Where elbow pasta meets mozzarella, parmesan, emmental & gruyere. Rich, creamy, cheesy goodness on a skillet. 👍👍👍👍👍

Sticks and stones may break my bones but bread and beer complete me!
