Spicy Crabmeat Linguine: Tomato-based crabmeat pasta, topped with pinenuts, shaved Parmesan & chilli flakes. Pasta's slightly overdone (not al dente) & too much cracked peppercorns which are kinda coarse. However, the spiciness of the pasta is just right.

Orange, avocado, kalamata olives (also known as black olives but with dark purplish hue) & fennel wrapped in smoked salmon, topped with cress. Dollops of herb vinaigrette dressing at the side.
