I ordered Salmon spicy ikura don.
Sliced salmon torched served with spicy sauce ikura, tobiko, ebi and salmon skin.

Small restaurant but ample space between tables. Fish was fresh and the sushi rice was unconventional 😬
do you see those flower petals🌸🌸 can i just say how THICK the sashimi cubes were omg. okay but they missed out my tamago wtf. & the rice was literally a THIN LAYER, enough to cover the bottom of the bowl
salmon skin was SO crispyyy but teriyaki sauce was too sweet. added Cheese Mentai ($3) & no regretss it was so creamy.
One of the best I’ve had in awhile… everything was so good rly melts in your mouth. Will be thinking abt this and 100% would go back to try the other chirashi dons w more premium fish.
Finally tried @house_of_chirashi_sg recently and they are so generous with the ingredients. I got the aburi salmon chirashi don and there was a wide variety of topics such as ikura, egg, dried prawn, tobiko etc which made it very flavourful. The salmon came in thick slabs and were seated nicely as well. It's worth the cost and we were so full after eating these 😌
