Great place to catch up with friends. And their maki is well above expectation! 👍🏻👍🏻

The menu here draws inspiration from the history of Americanised Japanese cuisine, hence the multiple use of Yuzu/Ponzu Sauce in a number of their dishes. My third dish here containing a citrus element, the Kaffir Lime Tori Karaage was juicy and succulent, with the lime providing much zest to an otherwise mediocre dish.
The Spicy Chicken Ponzu Skin was as tasty as it was sinful. It’s addictive, unapologetically oil-laden and perfect for times when you decide calories don’t exist. The citrus-y taste from the ponzu does help to alleviate the greasiness a little, making this snack all the more indulgent. What's cholesterol, right?
Finally we came to end of the set dinner with some dessert. They have the dorayaki, pinenut matcha ice cream and lemon tart. What a exciting way to end my 2019 with their awesome dinner. Thanks for curating such interesting set dinner.
Here comes the main dish of the menu, prepared with foie gras and black truffle sauce.
The truffle smell immediately hit me before I eat, surprisingly juicy and easily chew. I wouldn’t mind having another bowl of it.
This is my favourite dish on the menu, both tasted really great and I like how they melted inside my mouth.
