Prepared à la minute by the actual hawkers who were flown in from Penang, you can enjoy an authentic hawker experience that is available for lunch and dinner at $38++ per adult from Mondays to Thursdays and $42++ per adult from Fridays to Sundays.

Returning in this edition is the Cucur Udang Penang of bite-sized prawn fritters, Penang rojak, Penang prawn mee, nasi lemak with kapitan chicken and roti canai. The buffet also includes an unlimited flow of coffee, tea, calamansi, bandung and the new teh tarik.

Each stall prepares their classic specialities a la minute and true to the authentic Penang flavours. Available for lunch and dinner, you cannot miss out on the notable dishes such as Penang Laksa, Oyster Omelette, Char Kway Teow, Nasi Lemak with Chicken Kapitan and the new food for this edition, the Cucur Udang Penang. The bite-size fritter contains a medley of ingredients from shrimps to bean curd, bean sprouts and cucumber. Perfect to dip with chilli sauce for a satisfying and addictive crunch. When you are done with the savouries, head over to the desserts section for Ban Chang Kueh, Ice Kachang and Chendol.

Diners can enjoy spread over 14 Penang food, my fav definitely char kway teow, savoury not too oily with wok hei. Follow by Penang laksa, the broth flavourful, balance between tangy, spicy and saltines from hae ko.
And don’t forget to grab the roti canai, crispy fluffy flatbread, served with 2 diff curries.

This longstanding tradition of more than 30+ years has always been a highly anticipated event whereby the best of Penang street food will be showcased by the returning hawkers. Eat to your heart’s (and tummies) content with the specially curated list of live stations and watch the hawkers in action as they prepare your favourite Penang Laksa, Prawn Mee, Char Kway Teow, Roti Canai before ending with the Ban Chang Kueh, Ice Kachang and Chendol. Penang Hawkers’ Fare will be available for lunch and dinner and is priced at $38++ per adult from Mondays to Thursdays and $42++ per adult on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Favourites from the lineup include the Penang Laksa which comes with a tangy tamarind fish-based broth that has additions of pineapple, cucumber, torch ginger and the topping of fresh prawn paste for that burst of umami flavour. The Prawn Mee is a comforting bowl of noodle soup made with a robust stock of prawn heads, shells and pork ribs. The one dish that we went back for multiple rounds is the Char Kway Teow as you will be captivated by the alluring wok hei and wonderful balance of savoury spicy notes in the fried rice noodles. The Ban Chang Kueh is a must-get from the desserts section as the crispy golden-brown pancakes contain hidden gems of margarine, ground peanuts and sugar.
