[$10.50] + 2.50 for mushroom soup and ice lemon tea

Honestly a very pleasant surprise - don’t know where else you can get cafe food at such prices. Chicken was generously portioned, succulent and juicy. Waffles were chewy and tasty - they had a similar texture to the old udders Belgian waffles if that’s helpful.

My fellow diners ordered the chicken rose pasta and black pepper chicken - can’t say much because I didn’t try it but they were both pleased with their meals!

My boyfriend and I were looking for something affordable for dinner and came across this cafΓ©! Menu is pretty extensive – all day breakfast, western mains, rice bowls, pastas and baked rice.

What’s on the table:
β€’ Rock Honey Chicken
β€’ Thai Chilli Fish rice bowl
β€’ Mushroom Bisque
β€’ Garlic baguette

Everything was on point ✨ Especially liked my rice bowl, it tasted very homely and the breaded fish fingers went so well with the sweet thai chilli sauce. This entire meal cost ~$25 for us both – which is really quite affordable considering the location! Students can get further discounts as well. If you are on a budget and would like to have some good ol’ western fare without breaking the bank, this cafΓ© is the place for you πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Food for students, no question hahaha. We always order ondeh/chendol/pandan/gula melaka-related stuff. This looks nothing like ondeh ondeh but I guess we can't expect too much. It tasted like a combination of ondeh ondeh ingredients, nothing special.

Food for students, no question hahaha. It's not only cheap, the aglio olio was a joke. It's the pasta by catering, cold and un-pasta texture. But to their credit, the other two items were quite good. Chicken was large, crumbly, juicy and tasted uncannily similar to KFC.

Their Rock Honey Chicken ($9.50) features a huge succulent slab of chicken thigh meat πŸ” which was so satisfying! The chicken was well-marinated & flavourful. πŸ˜‹ I also appreciated a drizzle of the rock honey sauce that gives it a warm sweet touch!🍯 Served with a choice of 2 sides.

As for sides, you can choose from their Butter Rice 🧈🍚, Wedges, Aglio Aglio 🍝, Salad πŸ₯—, Fries 🍟 or Coleslaw. Bound to fill you up & add colours to your mains!

Just look at their Breaded Fish ($9.50) - who can resist fried food! 🀀🀀🀀 Seriously fell in love with this humongous slab of fish fillet 🐟 which is crisp on the exterior while remaining moist & soft inside. Slather some tartar sauce & add a squeeze of lemon πŸ‹ for the perfect finish! πŸ’― Also comes with a choice of 2 sides.
