The Line (Shangri-La Hotel Singapore)

This is what we are waiting for! The Line, Shangri-La Singapore’s buffet restaurant, has reopened its live theatre kitchens and culinary stations. With the new chef-assisted buffet concept, you can now go up close to catch the chefs in action as they prepare and serve you their favourite food from around the world. My favourite includes Seafood on Ice, Salmon Aburi Maki, Sashimi, Satay, Laksa, Roasted Meats, everything from the Desserts and many more!

In addition, lending a unique touch to the buffet line is a range of six signature dishes added to the menu.

Breakfast buffet with omelette and scramble egg made on the spot. Spread was ok with local delights like nasi lemak, laksa and fishball noodles included.

From fresh seafood platter, Flame Salmon Aburi, Lobster Chawanmushi, Grilled Norwegian Salmon, and also a heritage selection.

Children aged 6 to 11 years old enjoy 50% off the adult price, while those aged below 6 years, accompanied by 1 paying adult, dine for free.
