With the new chef-assisted buffet concept, you can now go up close to catch the chefs in action as they prepare and serve you their favourite food from around the world. My favourite includes Seafood on Ice, Salmon Aburi Maki, Sashimi, Satay, Laksa, Roasted Meats, everything from the Desserts and many more!
