Charred eggplant with miso butter, bonito flakes and onion purĂ©e is something I donât mine having all time. Iâve always have a soft spot for eggplant with miso. Theirs was slightly over charred and a little under seasoned despite thereâs bonito flakes. RM21 per serving.
