Pasta with crabmeats, scallops, kombu caviar is an interesting combo. Bacon w tomato n cheese risotto was an good match. And the lovely ice cream worth taking photo-strawberry ice cream

This is a must try dish if you're at Supply & Demand! The flavours are truly amazing.

Super delish and good for sharing if you want to get a few mains to share with your brunch date!

Crabmeat and seared scallops homemade tagliatelle. Fresh seafood and a mild creamy sauce. Scallops melt in your mouth. Capers give a nice tart kick.

The pricier nature of this dish probably came from the freshly made tagliatelle pasta (and maybe the prawns, I’m not sure). The portion is much bigger than what appears in this picture haha (my bad). Overall, this was a pretty yummy dish,m that I might order again, barring the better options on the menu (such as the Crab and Scallop pasta [$33++]). The pasta was a tad too al dente for my liking. Not sure what to make of the kombu, but the prawn could definitely be tasted in the sauce (and by itself). There were three medium- to large-sized prawns that were very juicy and fresh. The sauce was very much to my liking, bearing a resemblance to upgraded prawn mee but with a flavour not as prawny and strong. It was quite savoury and had me reaching for more. Would recommend to try definitely, it’s a clean dish. But if you prefer a deeper and stronger flavour, I’ll advise going for the Crab and Scallop equivalent instead.

Food here is pricey, so I thought ordering a pizza would be worth it, and true enough it was! I liked how think and crisp the crust was. And I loved the spicy garlic shrimp flavour, it was spicy and pleasant to taste, and I would have orders a whole of that in hindsight. The smoked salmon was not bad, but I do prefer the flavour from baker and cook instead. But I think the real winner of the place is really the ambience. During a beautiful weather, it’s really worth choosing a rooftop seating to admire the CBD skyline of Singapore. It’s also a romantic place for couples for drinks, and a friendly environment to celebrate birthdays! There were many friends who had the birthday song played and special cake served to their friends, a rather pleasant sight to witness!
Would come back to try the pasta because it looked so delicious in the menu! However, it would have to wait because the price may burn a hole in the wallet😮
