salmon daily bowl w mash potato alw hitting😮‍💨 the beetroot quinoa was meh at first but the taste grew on me after a while!

Was going to Sentosa for an outdoor movie (hence the lighting ops) and thought this would be a good choice to go for. Went for everything I was allowed to get - tomato salsa, salad, sour cream, couscous, black beans, mashed potato, corn, cilantro rice, etc., and two choices of sauces, a refreshing Mayo Cucumber and Honey Mustard. Mixed them all up and it was surprisingly tasty, plus very filling! The grilled chicken slices were well seasoned too, although it could have been just a teeny bit more tender.
