Pictures does not do this pasta justice! Featuring the sea bass tomato pasta. Not one of the signatures but itβs so good! The texture of the pasta was perfect, doughy yet with a bite. The sea bass was pan fried to perfection with the skin crispy and the meat so soft and flaky. The pasta was extremely flavourful, with garlic and umami taste coating every strand 10/10 would recommend.
Also tried the seafood soup. Pricey at $24 but a generous portion of seafood. The soup was so flavourful and you can tell the generous amounts of seafood they use to cook the soup - with squid, prawns, sea bass, scallop, mussels etc. Really recommend it too!
Very springy pappardelle and good consistency of cream sauce to go along. Had added pancetta. Tasty and good size for a meal
Great place to go for fresh made pasta. Use eatigo for reservation to get better deal. ππΌ
Kinda bland like the black truffle chicken pasta, which may be intentional given the fresh pasta used. Also more watery. Ragu was ordinary.
A signature but disappointing. Just shredded some breast meat. Overpriced at $24.
Shiok sia, which I suspect had to do with the paprika, oregano and parmesan. Though crispy, the entire flower was soft.
