Pictures does not do this pasta justice! Featuring the sea bass tomato pasta. Not one of the signatures but itās so good! The texture of the pasta was perfect, doughy yet with a bite. The sea bass was pan fried to perfection with the skin crispy and the meat so soft and flaky. The pasta was extremely flavourful, with garlic and umami taste coating every strand 10/10 would recommend.
Also tried the seafood soup. Pricey at $24 but a generous portion of seafood. The soup was so flavourful and you can tell the generous amounts of seafood they use to cook the soup - with squid, prawns, sea bass, scallop, mussels etc. Really recommend it too!
