[A little embarrassed that I only got to visit their little takeaway bakeshop at HillV2 recently and am once again impressed by their selection.]
Cream Cheese Scallion & Sun-dried Tomato Madeleine ($4.90) - Didnโt enjoy this as much as I thought I would, probably because of the punchy cream cheese filling. The flavoured Madeleine was so good but I think I still lean towards the sweet filled madeleines.
Pistachio & Raspberry Madeleine ($5.20) with orange blossom glaze - Enjoyed the studded crushed nuts but wish there was a bright raspberry filling to give the bake more of an oomph.
Oolong Milk Tea Madeleine ($4.70) - Canโt go wrong with her ganache-filled Madeleine~ Rich, distinctive oolong milk tea flavour.
Lemon & Yuzu Madeleine ($4.90) - Amazingly tangy and vibrant curd in the center!
โจblack truffle - works really well somehow, aromatic truffle with the buttery cake๐

Scallion Cream Cheese & Sun dried tomato - was skeptical but wow even though having it cold, itโs like a cold italian tapas ๐ฏ
๐ Black sesame Mochi - both of the popular flavors combined! rich nutty sesame with chewy mochi bitsโจ
๐ฐ Pistachio Raspberry - for pistachio lovers! thick!
๐ต Matcha - all time favorite! the matcha is rich and of quality, still as good as years ago๐
๐ซ Valrhona Chocolate - first time trying their classic and surprisingly itโs a favorite of the lot too! itโs like having a mini awfully chocolate cake๐

Matcha Madeleine w Ceremonial Grade Matcha Ganache ($4.90)
got strong matcha taste ever that I have tried tbh for most of the desserts.
Hojicha "Gao" Madeleine ($4.70)
got stronger roasted tea taste.
I felt that she really use fresh ingredients to bake madeleine tbh but you cannot keep too longer for madeleine.
I still remember few years back when they are still a home-based business, their preorder is always snapped out very fast just a few moment after they accept order.
So I never get the chance to try them. Thankfully they finally opened their physical shop, which mean they can produce more pastries everyday.
Now I managed to find my way to their shop and collect some of their signature pastries, which I got their Matcha & Yuzu Madeleine w/ Roku Gin Glaze, Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie and Black Sesame & Kinako Financier.
Best to consume them within the day you purchased them. I enjoy every single of them, which all tasted very nice and flavourful.
To avoid disappointment, I recommend to preorder online to secure what you like to get. Then choose either pickup from their shop at HillV2 or go with the delivery.
This was our second time having this and it much better than we remember! The yuzu bits were scattered within the madeleine, making the yuzu flavours more prominent and adding some brightness to the earthy matcha.
We felt this was the most interesting madeleine as it was encrusted with pistachios and speared with a espresso shot in a science lab dropper HAHA. Weโre a huge fan of the presentation and liked the texture of the crushed pistachios.
