๐Ÿœ Shiba Signature Butabara Ramen with All Toppings
๐Ÿ“Ramen Shiba (@ramenshibasg)
๐Ÿ“Œ West Coast Plaza
๐Ÿ’ฐ $20.90

This is their Shiba Signature Butabara Ramen and I elected to get all toppings for an extra $4 (slices of chashu, seaweed and egg).

The broth is really flavourful and delicious! The butabara (stir fried pork) tasted like regular pork imo, but it was a little more flavourful than the regular chashu. The chashu was a tad dry but tender enough.

While it was a good bowl of ramen, it was a little on the pricier end. I didnโ€™t find the addition of all toppings to be very worth it, since the noodles already come with butabara, Iโ€™d say you might as well just get that.

โญ Rating: 8/10
๐Ÿค‘ worth the price: a lil pricey
๐Ÿฆ– would I buy again: maybe
๐Ÿ’ would I marry: would date

Yes I know it is so cute! This is their special collaboration with Sandra Bakes, made in a super cute shiba shape of macaron.

Choose from 2 different flavours. Please admire it for a moment before enjoying it in your mouth. Thereโ€™s some crunchiness of the shell and you could start tasting the cream inside.

I do also agree that it could be a bit pricey for a small piece like this. But do remember that they all are hand-crafted with love and effort.

A new ramen restaurant in town, in a much neighbourhood kind of mall at West Coast.

Serving a few kinds of ramen broth like the signature, original, black garlic and spicy.

Their signature ramen featured the pieces of pork belly and slice of charsiu on top of the ramen. Recommend to go with all the toppings which include seaweed and flavoured egg.

The broth tasted creamy but not too overwhelming, as you also can adjust the taste during order.

Nestled within West Coast Plaza, this two-month old eatery serves tonkotsu ramen that has quickly gained popularity ๐Ÿ’• Heard that the chefs have 10+ years experience at keisuke

One of their most premium ramen, this signature item comes with rich creamy flavourful pork bone broth. Topped with stir-fried pork belly, there is an extra depth of flavour from the pork belly that made this ramen slurpworthy!

If youโ€™re around the area, consider dropping by to try their ramen, donburi and adorable Shiba-shaped desserts ๐Ÿ•

For a hearty and equally satisfying option, order the chef-recommended original tonkotsu ramen. Ours came with chasu, ramen egg, bamboo shoots, black fungus, seaweed and spring onion.

Available for a limited time only, these cute shiba-shaped macarons is part of a collaboration by @sandrasbakess x @ramenshibasg that comes in 2 different flavours โœจ We tried both the raspberry chocolate ganache ๐Ÿซ and lotus buttercream macarons. prefer the raspberry chocolate that doesnโ€™t just look cute but tastes not bad too!

You can also choose to add on Hokkaido yuzu ice cream (+$2.90) that comes with actual yuzu bits ๐Ÿ‹
