Bingsu craving satisfied! Crunchy granola went well with the coffee and you can't go wrong with oreo and milky bingsu shaved ice!
Omg this was BOMB!!! The combination of cheese and garlic and injeomi was SO yummy we finished it in like 2 minutes. I know it's garlic powder but damn that umami flavor is strong. Also really love that they stuffed mochi in the middle!!!
I am reminded of the shaved coconut snow from this Taiwanese cafe near Parkway I had more than 10 years ago.
Kinda crazy pricey but among the other bingsus I've had in singapore, the shaved ice in Nunsongyee is the most refined!! Really has the texture of super fine snow. I love that it's not overwhelmingly sweet because the topping is not condensed milk, but if you like your desserts super sweet, this may not be for you. Also, for the price, I would appreciate if they had better quality vanilla ice cream. Nonetheless, still my favorite bingsu in singapore!
The milk complemented the bingsoo perfectly and made it sweeter(which I really like!) The chewy bits in it was also a plus and I enjoyed my time spent chewing it ^-^ If I'm not wrong, it's $14.90 for a bowl and it's quite big. You can share it with a friend if you want to♡ ✧*。
super duper yummy! soft taste with melted morzerella cheese and small mochi bits inside e toast. delicious!
