The last sushi came with a smoky show.
Sushi was packed with uni and tuna and I really enjoyed it!

All were different from what you can find in the causal Japanese restaurants. I like the tuna sushi the most.

Uni Cooked dish and chawamushi
Dishes were pretty interesting and enjoyed these sides
The fried dish is like a pumpkin tempura.
Chawamushi is great too.

This was very unique and interesting to me. I really love the uni broth.
Also, the beef is tender.
They also added a uni sushi to make it into a risotto which tasted good. Pretty unique and enjoyable!

Starting with the seasonal starter. Had two types uni on rice+seaweed and ikura and some tomato appetiser.
Uni and ikura are of good quality and fresh.

the dish that stole the show was the Buta Kashira ($24), or Iberico Pork Jowl. The pork jowl is packed with flavour and it is so soft it almost melts in my mouth. The edamame on the side has a smokey edge which complemented grilled the pork jowl.

The Chirashi Don ($28.90) comes with a good variety of seafood and it was pretty good and fresh.

Restaurant is really empty, perhaps reflective of its value
