Every single dish we ordered was so tasty. Totally can understand why everyone raves about the Peking Duck at this restaurant. And surprisingly, the prices are quite decent for a top notch restaurant located at Level 63 of UOB plaza.
To mark the Mid-Autumn Festival, Jade at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore @fullertonhotelsg has introduced the 'Mid-Autumn Treasures' five-course set menu (priced at S$138++ per person, inclusive of a complimentary glass of wine). This special menu will be offered from 1 to 30 Sept 2023.
Enjoy a heartwarming Double-boiled Superior Broth brimming with an array of exquisite ingredients like Winter Melon stuffed with Dried Scallop, Chinese Ham and Crab Meat. A comforting and flavorful start to a meal, with a balance of textures and tastes that showcase the culinary artistry behind this dish.
Location: Jade, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, 1 Fullerton Square, Singapore 049178
We tried most of their dim sum selection and my favourites are Bak Kut Teh Xiao Long Bao, Deep-Fried Thousand Layers Radish Pastry and Pan-fried Singapore-style Chilli Crab Meat Bun.

Stir-fried American Diced Beef
with Sliced Garlic - $32

Must order savoury dish at Si Chuan Dou Hua. It’s flavourful with wok hey, pairs well with plain rice. Beef cubes are cooked to near perfect texture, QQ tender. Remember to end off the dessert with all time classic silky Dou Hua.

Had a lovely lunch at Si Chuan Dou Hua yesterday, with delicious food and a stunning view from the top of UOB plaza🌇. We were not super adventurous in the Sichuan dishes we ordered, hence they all had a nice heat🌶️ to it but not to the point we had to keep reaching out for tea🍵. One of our favourites was the Stir-fried Sliced Pork with Leek in Spicy Sauce, as you could really taste the wok hei in it🍲. The Deep-Fried Prawns in Passion Fruit Sauce was an absolute winner as well, as the batter was thin and crispy, and the prawns were big and had a nice bite to it🍤. Coupled with the slightly sweet and sour passion fruit sauce, super delicious! Overall, all the dishes we had, from main dishes to dessert, were not bad at all. Definitely a memorable meal☺️!
The final course and dessert of the deep duck secrets buffet course meal. This simple and unassuming bowl was the highlight of the entire meal. The beancurd had a good balance between the homely natural taste of beancurd with a slight hint of sweetness from the osthmantus and goji berry. I will come back to this restaurant just for this dish. Rating for this dish alone 8.7/10.
The rest of the meal was not too bad; do note that only the Peking duck dish is free flow and that the deep duck secrets offering is only valid till end of June 2022.

Deep Duck Secrets Set Menu A
Only at @sichuandouhua_sg UOB Plaza outlet
Min 2 Persons
$68++/pax
-
1. Combination of Three Delicacies Beijing Duck Dim Sum - Nothing much interesting and taste pretty standard.
2. Boiled Duck Soup with 30 Years Orange Peel - Interesting starchy oriental style duck soup. Orange peel added a citrusy feel to it.
3. Roasted Beijing Duck(Free flow)😍 - The main objective of this dish is the crispy tasty skin. Some parts are good, some are meh but when all dip into the savoury sauce, all become great. We had 8 plate of this.🤣
4. Traditional Braised Duck with Ginger and Preserved Bean Curd - Taste like sesame oil chicken but in duck form. A lot of bones lah. Hmm... Okay.
5. Ipoh "Hor Fun" Soup with Shredded Duck Meat and Preserved Vegetable - Clear savoury broth, chewy duck meat, vege and slurpy kway teow. Hearty.
6. Homemade Bean Curd with Wolfberries & Osmanthus Honey - Iconic Beancurd to have. Wobbly smooth with a hint of sweetness.

Fried seafood beehoon (S) @ $5
Back here for lunch this time and got this beehoon which has quite a good amount of ingredients given the price in this location. Good and satisfying. Portion is also just nice and bigger eater can get the L portions.
Luxurious log cake that had decadent layers of chocolate within each slice of this cake. The blackcurrent in the middle with a jam like texture injected a tinge of sourness which neutralise the sweetness from the chocolate. Overall, the chocolate was rich, of great quality, and not to sweet at all. Simple but great dessert to end off a festive meal!
