Paradise Dynasty launches new Korean Kimchi flavour to replace Luffa Gourd!
Available at: $12.80 (6 pcs) / $20.80 (10 pcs), and it's also included in the Speciality Dynasty Xiao Long Bao of eight different flavours as featured.
A refreshing starter served chilled, with Alaskan King Crab and a hot & sour consommé made of preserved szechuan vegetables. Smooth, with a subtle hint of tangy for the palate.

Soup is an indispensable part of Cantonese dining tables, highlight from Intersection of Culture and also my personal favourite is the 虫草花竹笙甘榜全鸡煲 Kampong Chicken Soup with Cordyceps Flower, Bamboo Pith (S$88 per portion, serves 8 persons), served in 2 courses
1️⃣Each pot is simmered over low heat for four hours coaxing forth the flavour of Kampong Chicken served with cordyceps flower and bamboo pith. I would recommend to add-on premium fish maw at a supplement of ($28++ per person) for a collagen nourishment.
2️⃣The chicken from the pot is reinvented into an appetizer - 鸡 丝 黄 瓜 伴 老 陈 醋 姜 蓉 Hand-shredded Chicken in Aged Vinegar Sauce, refreshingly dressed in vinegar ginger sauce.
