Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Meadesmoore. The staff were very attentive and cordially explained the dishes in detail to us.

The Australian Wagyu Beef was fantastic. Succulent and juicy – the fats simply melted in my mouth. We were given two sauces that complemented the beef perfectly, I personally preferred the barbecue sauce. Even without the sauce, the beef was already marinated and it was slightly salty.

The tiramisu exceeded my expectations. The soft cake paired with the absolutely fragrant and velvety Tiramisu cream made for a great dessert. What surprised me was the touch of Rum that really enhanced the flavours of the Tiramisu, giving it a clean finish.

The Mac and Cheese was right up my alley as well. Made with four different blends of cheese, seared and topped with a cap of truffle the Mac and cheese had a rich cheesy flavour that was both indulgent and satisfying.

Visited Meadesmoore few nights back to celebrate 520 (Chinese Valentines) with my partner.

For the appetizer, we indulged in the Kuju Kushima oyster mornay, beautifully presented on a bed of ice. The freshness of the oysters was impeccably balanced, offering a subtle saltiness that was not overpowering. The combination of cheese and spinach complemented the oysters perfectly, adding a unique, tangy twist.

For the main course, we selected the Meadesmoore house cuts, which featured a trio of exquisite meats: juicy ribeye, ribeye cap, and tender undercut. This dish provided a perfect blend of textures, further elevated by the two accompanying sauces. Each sauce offered a distinct flavor, ensuring that alternating between them kept the experience exciting and prevented any flavor fatigue from the generous portion of beef.

Just when we thought the meal couldn't get any better, we moved on to dessert. Their specialty tiramisu was a revelation, leaving both our minds and taste buds thoroughly impressed. The dark rum, used to perfection, harmonized with the cream and chocolate, creating an unforgettable dessert experience.

The ambience at Meadesmoore was sophisticated, with dim lighting enhancing the elegant atmosphere. The service staff were extremely attentive and friendly, contributing to an overall exceptional dining experience.

I would highly recommend!

The meal was accompanied by friendly service and a cozy atmosphere to enjoy the food, and we ended off with a nice light dessert Eton Mess to round up the meal but somehow ended up as a highlight! Definitely for those who like a light conclusion to a heartier meal:)

The Seasonal Eton Mess at Meadesmoore looks deceptively simple, but is actually surprisingly delightful! A mix of sweetness, tartness, melt-in-your-mouth flavours and a bit of crunch! Loved it!

Meat was so succulent! Love it. Worth the price, will come back again. Nice service too.

1) Appetizer - Wild Arugula Lyonnaise
The seasoning was really good, it has a slightly sour but rich taste that went well with the prosciutto, poached egg and the torn croutons. Every ingredient complemented each other so well and there wasn’t a strong vegetable taste, which made it palatable. The vegetables were fresh as well!

2)Steak - USDA prime hanging tender (220g)
The meat taste is super good; chewy, juicy and tender. The colour of the meat was very beautiful, the Bernadaise sauce had a fragrant herb and lemony taste that’s really tasty and the confit garlic was really yummy. Everything went well with the steak.

3)Grilled Broccolini:
Very crunchy and even for the leafy part, there’s a nice smokey taste. The salsa sauce has this slightly sour yet tangy taste, wasn’t spicy at all and the nuts went well with the dish!

4)Lamb rack:
The salsa verde sauce was very fragrant and the confit garlic complemented the lamb rack. The lamb had a nice salty and peppery taste! When eaten with the sauce/garlic, there isn’t a strong lamb taste. The texture of the lamb rack was soft as well.

5)Dessert - Seasonal Eton Mess:
It becomes more delicious as you eat and there were different levels and blends of taste. There’s a fragrant flower taste and fruits blend with syrup (raspberry and lychee), meringue, cream and tiny bits of almond at the bottom!

The ambience and the service of the staff was 10/10, would highly recommend coming to this steakhouse! It is more of sharing plate concept which allows diners to try different dishes!!
