Tried a few things at meadesmoore and they did not disappoint and i genuinely enjoyed my meal there + the service staff was really nice.

tried the burrata and as a cheese lover i loved it especially with the apple slices + eggplant. the burrata itself was v creamy.

next i tried the 500g wagyu meadesmoore cut and as a meat and beef lover it was soooo good and i got to try 3 different kind of cuts with different textures and the loin was really melt in your mouth kind. (even after taking away and eating it next day it was equally good) The done-ness of the meat was just nice !!

the broccolini tasted good even for a vegetable hater like me. the sauce was amazinggggg and i kept licking it.

for dessert, we tried something seasonal (corn) and it was yummy, as someone w a sweeth tooth i couldnt stop eating it. Overall i really enjoyed the food and experience.

Had the opportunity to dine at Meadesmoore last week. We were served the Pork Crackling with salsa. The slightly tangy salsa paired well with the savory pork crackling and helped whet my appetite for the main course, which included the signature Mac and cheese and Meadesmoore cut. The Meadesmoore platter was made up of 3 different cuts and flavor profiles, with different marbling levels and made for a very interesting burst of flavors! The signature Mac and cheese was very yummy and I liked how the truffle worked well with the different cheeses! Dessert was a sweet ending to the meal and made for an enjoyable and pleasant dining experience!

Came to Meadesmoore for a date night and was not disappointed. Meadesmoore is famed for their steak so we got their recommended 35 day dry aged Argentinian beef. It was so tender and juicy, served with mustard for that additional spicy kick. 10/10 will come again!

In love with this tender, flavourful dry aged steak from Meadesmoore.
Their Pork Ribeye is also a must order. The whisky mustard sauce was unexpectedly good.

A good place with good ambience and service to dine in. Love the Bone In Pork Ribeye and the dry aged steak. Will definitely come back again!

Easily one of the best steak house in Singapore if not telok ayer. I love the quality and taste/texture profile for each of the dishes. From the loin to the ribeye caps down to the underplate for their steak. Ps: go for the ribeye cap.
