Still can't believe Well Dressed Salad Bar is a vegetarian cafe cos all their options are so delicious
Especially these grain bowls—The Cilantro Lime Rice Pulled Jackfruit Hangry Jack Burrito Bowl suits those who like a lighter flavour with the rice being a little citrusy. And the Olive Rice Buddha Bowl is more for those who prefer a savoury comfort dish. I still can't pick which is my favourite. >.<
Remember to get your CandyBar stamps at Well Dressed Salad Bar—every 10 stamps gets you 1 free meal worth $20!

There's too many favourite options for me at Open Door Policy cos everything is gluten-free, but this is definitely one of them.
King Crab Orecchiette—with nice big chunks of crab, crisp snap peas and a saffron corn sauce. Love the pasta here as it's very rare to find gluten-free pasta that actually tastes good and has an enjoyable texture like normal pasta. The pasta and sauces are all made from scratch to ensure even coeliacs can enjoy the food. Plus they grow and use their own herbs in the restaurant.
ODP is also dairy-free and provides vegetarian options if you're looking for a place that suits friends with selective food requirements.

Back at Aloha Poké, this time at the newer Bugis Junction outlet.
The same good quality as per the Amoy Street outlet, I couldn't resist ordering the same combination--spicy tuna and original salmon. But this time round topped with lots more goodness like creamy avocado and pomegranate. The spicy tuna really packs a punch, so if you're not into spicy tastes, stick to the original flavour.
The medium sized bowl was pretty filling for most ladies, but we learnt, in future, we can leave out the salad to enjoy more of the rice and 🐟.
Can't wait for their next outlet to be open!
Flavourful yet healthy meals are always welcome. Like this Ultimate Poké Bowl. We had Original Salmon and Spicy Tuna over salad and brown rice. The spicy tuna livened up the dish with a little kick and everything just worked well together. Plus the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be back for more.

Gorgeous presentation for this Quinoa Salad at Open Door Policy! Filled with fermented root vegetables, garlic soil and garden herbs for a light start to your meal.
Unlike some gluten-free and dairy-free foods which can be a little bland, both taste and texture wise, Open Door Policy's creative take on these dishes shows that gluten-free food can look and taste great!

I wouldn't mind going vegetarian for a meal with burgers like this. The tasty patty is made with cauliflower garlic, egg, goat cheese, oregano and breadcrumbs then served with zucchini, squash, Monterey Jack cheese, arugula, tomato and garlic aioli.

Beautifully presented with dry ice flowing over pebbles and around the pear which contains the warm, sweet soup. Some people even have this as their dessert instead of an appetiser. This dish is just 452.2 calories and starts off by making a dramatic entrance then leaves your tastebuds tingling with sweetness at the end.

Feed me soft, buttery cod fish any day! This is only 470.2 calories… I admit I don't calorie count so I have no idea what that means, but I've been told it's lower in calories for a dish… but it still tastes great and that's all that matters to me.
