quite a wide selection but soup is abit blend. also i would prefer to sit outdoor next time as you will smell like mookata 😂
Ordered the deluxe buffet ($57.4 for 2 pax; after payment w fave & promo code!). Was firstly amazed that its a charcoal mookata; secondly amazed that the meat were all very well marinated and fresh; thirdly amazed that the seafood is very fresh. And pleasantly surprised about the thai iced milk tea. Satisfied dinner! 👍🏻
We just couldn't stop bbq-ing & eating & drinking & helping ourselves to the various chilli sauces! The staff was super friendly & attentive too! 💯Only downside: give yourself a thorough scrub after the meal to smell good & fresh 😜

Helmed by one of the bosses' Thai wife, the recipes for the sauces and meat marinades have been passed down from generation to generation, so expect the real deal at Huay Kwang Thai Kitchen. The service is prompt and efficient while the assortment here is decent; be sure to try the pig's liver and black pepper beef. The meats are fresh and very flavourful, especially after cooking them over charcoal. You can pick the buffet, sets, or order à la carte, depending on how hungry you are. They have two outlets: one at Jalan Besar that closes at 5:30am and the other at Thomson. Sets start at $39.90+, or you can eat all you want for $25.90+ (weekdays; $28.90, weekends and PH) in two hours.
Not bad not bad! Better then the first one I've tried! Liked the pig liver and the chicken thigh meet among the others! Service was prompt and friendly despite the heavy crowd and my dining partner keep dropping her utensils due to the small tables they have. They will change it for us efficiently and nicely and even offered to top up the chili sauce for us!
Coming back with friends on a Friday night is the best thing ever. Conversation and buffet. What more can you ask for! Yummy well seasoned meat and many other ala carte on the menu.. Go Thai!
