What a delicious mouthful, Chū and Co’s “Cacio & Pepe” ($9.50) had such a fun and tasty (tbh foolproof) combo - with slightly charred Japanese sweet corn, Camembert, Candied bacon and Pecorino cheese. The sweet-savoury toppings were truly the highlight for me but the dough acted as a great vessel as well. The base was relatively light, not all that dense or greasy. Felt pretty premium as I was surprised by the small edges of soft Camembert hidden under the strips of cured meat. I also got the “Ham & Cheese” ($9.50), crowned with sliced Sweet Potato, Honey Baked Ham and Brie de Meaux. Lacked that oomph for me but a great buy on a whole as well~
Coffee bombs are the best. Those friends who ate it love it 💪💪💪
PSA NO MORE moka kouign amann
Passion fruit cream was pretty good, i havent had too many kouign amann, but this seems like a good rendition. The bite is not too much, it's very crispy outside, and theres a cake like texture as u chew, but very buttery so it gets jelat before you are done
Not bad, can satisfying cravings. Thankfully the top wasnt too sticky, didnt really stick to our teeth
PSA NO MORE gelato scoops, they only sell pints now, and only at the Bakery. So no More night concept
Sorry their receipt literally just writes the price and not the item name, so i cant even Tell what we had.
But its very crispy outside and slightly mochi-esque in the middle, it's alright. the PBJ combo doesnt rlly slap as hard as you would expect.

Another brilliant cake
It's almost slightly wet, not the usual crumbly texture but it works so well. The texture is really quite unique and makes it worth the try. The juicy blueberries worked incredibly well too
The sourness was quite balanced, it's not very in your face which was perfect for me but probably not for hardcore lemon lovers. Sweetness was good
Hard to describe precisely but worth a try when youre in the area
Oh god this was mindblowingly good.
The bread was alright, it's got slightly mroe bite as you expect Sourdough breads to have, but thank god it's hardly sour at all.
The tomato sauce and chili honey was Magical though, it's much better than i can imagine really, and it was so intense. Salami added some umami
Must try, except its a special do i guess you wont know whens the next time it comes
