Canton Delicacies certainly a popular store here at GBM. Saw a few tables with claypot curry fish head, or with their distinctive steel plates.

The roasted duck was tender and the sauce were flavourful and herbalicious. My favourite dish for the day. Almost as good as dian xiao er.
Only wished the half roasted duck was under $28, so I can use the 1for1.

The Mini Yam rings are easier to eat as compared with the big Yam rings that we always had at other zi char stores, now u have 1 for yrself, more crispier parts to enjoy.

Specialty Pineapple Prawns ($32)
- The Prawns were bouncy and just cannot get enough of it. One of the 1st food item that was cleared today

Imakatsu is one of the better Tonkatsu shops in SG, almost as good as Katsukura that I had at Kyoto.
The Premium Loin is the must have here, it was fattier than the pork fillet. Thus it was more tender and more shiok.
The Pork Fillet was good too, but after eating the Premium Loin, the Pork Fillet felt dry liao.
The best carrot cake at bukit merah view.
It's eggy and flavourful and with the right amount of radish as well.
The carrot cake is so soft and mushy, like eating lontong.
Truly unforgettable.

Yong chun WTM is one of these popular stalls. And the queue here is the longest of the 3.
Noodles were springy here too, char siew was a little thick and not as tender as I would like.
But the Wanton here is very good.
The chilli here also rather shiok

Recent Google reviews for this place were really mixed, it was either very good or very bad, which feels like a lack of consistency.
Bukit Merah View carrot cake has been around for a long time, since the 1950s apparently.
Ordered this black carrot cake, that looks for white to me, but can taste the black sauce la.
The carrot cake itself, the texture was soft and flavourful. Overall felt it was slightly average.
Can order if u are passing by, but no need to waste any efforts to travel here 4 this.
One of my favourite bakeries in SG, pullman is a Japanese bakery with a few outlets around Singapore.
Their breads have always been of good quality for me, and each trip here will always end up with me buying lots of bread. They all look so good and taste so good.
