The dish overall was quite enjoyable. The pork was not dry and well-seasoned and the potato foam complemented it quite well. The jalapenos however were so fucking bitter I wonder who would unironically enjoy this

I was looking forward to trying this and I'm glad to report that the seafood ingredients were top notch. They were extremely fresh, well cleaned and cooked skillfully. I could taste the ocean with every bite. Personally, I was unable to fully appreciate the paella as the rice was cooked with red bell peppers.

Rice: Bell pepper/10

The ingredients were prepared in the bowl and the soup was poured in before us for spectacle. My partner enjoyed the soup but I thought it tasted very chinese. One thing we both agreed on was that the scallop was really really sweet and fresh. Considering the price tag, this is not something I would recommend aside from just trying it once.
Soup taste: 6/10 (avg of me and my partner)
Scallop taste: 9/10

I particularly enjoyed this tomato consommé with goat cheese and pan seared Hokkaido scallop. The scallop is fresh, plump and juicy. This dish is part of the wine pairing menu and it doesn’t seem to be available on its ala carte menu.

The wine menu overall is good if you want to experience a different way of enjoying Spanish food apart from the usual tapas.
